Spring is not just the time for asparagus, it is also the time of the year when you can find a lot
of wild garlic around our forest.
My father-in-law collected some for me and I decided to make a pesto with it. All you need is a
huge bowl of wild garlic leaves, italian cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper. If you can get some fresh
wild garlic, you should give it a try! Wish you all a warm & sunny day!
Oh, how wonderful to find wild garlic! I have never seen anything like it. Lovely shots as always :)
AntwortenLöschenI've never seen wild garlic before, so it's really nice to see this post. I'm not a big fan of pesto, but I have to say that it looks very well made and delicious.
AntwortenLöschenIt looks so delicious! Pesto is real summer-food, I love it. I never ate it with wild garlic though, I wonder what it tastes like.
