Spring is not just the time for asparagus, it is also the time of the year when you can find a lot of wild garlic around our forest. My father-in-law collected some for me and I decided to make a pesto with it. All you need is a huge bowl of wild garlic leaves, italian cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper.
