7 things.

Is it really Sunday again? Time is running so fast...

Went to the awesome Kienholz exhibition this week! Do you know their work?

The swiss fondue was delicious! But I decided to drink a white wine along, no tea.
We spent a wonderful evening with some colleques and some visitors from Australia! Now I am really thinking
about living in another country someday, Australia would be wonderful I think! Does anybody of you live/lived
away from home for a several time or still does?

Yesterday we went to Jupiter Jones, it was great! It was the 3rd time we saw them play and it's always different!

They was also a fabulous new band playing: "My Glorious" from Vienna!

Moving is finally done! F I N A L L Y! For this year...
(We're living with my boy's parents now when I am not at my student's appartement. I am feeling like a nomade
right now, always flipping araound.)

Next week there is a holiday and I will have a few days off.
I really need some time to think about and get some inspiration.

Hanna Aberg & Cheese.

I am hungry. But I have to wait. No snacking.
We will have an original swiss dinner tonight, not very healthy but a lot of melted creamy cheese fondue.
Will be my first cheese fondue and I read that the traditionally served beverage to it is - black tea!?
Strange combination, I think. But we'll see.

(Photo from the wonderful Hanna Aberg. You should take a look at her amazing artwork!)

7 things.

I am freezing.

Moving out of our aparement is going to be finishid soon.

The last harvest of the summer & our own garden. And some peppers even turned red in the end!
(It makes me really sad to leave this little space behind, even today, when I left it covered with sun.)

I really need some days off. One would be enough.

Had a little accident with my boy's car. It's got a really dramatic sound now. Ups!

Almost went to Berlin for the weekend, but it was too expensive in the end. In Germany the train ticket fees vary
from the date you are booking - early is cheap, short-term is the double.

Not much healthy eating this week, little fruit and veggies. Lots of coffee. Graving for a big bowl of veggie pasta.

It's getting colder. Morning fog & lovely smell of roses, reminding me of warmer days.

It's raining since two days & my literature list is becoming longer and longer.
Good time to enjoy some tea.

Slept a lot.

Enjoyed some evening walks with the dog visiting some animal friends.

Collected some seeds for next year.

Wanted to visit this event, but it was sold out. Bah. But I am curious what others will tell.

Coffee & sun.

Snail mail from Vienna.

Today I got a beautiful surprise in the mailbox: a letter from dear Claudia! She sent me a variation of wonderful
smelling teas (oh, the whole envelope was smelling like crazy, I wish, you could smell it too!), personalized cards
& this lovely fabric made by herself with a print of one of my hugest & most loved plants I ever had, the monstera!

♥ So many thanks to you, Claudia! You will find a package too in your mail soon, but give me some time! I want to
do it right & nice! At the moment there is a very hectic period in my life! So be patient, it will be worth it! ♥

Homesick.

Finally got the account for using the internet here at the new school.
Last week was pretty heavy, but now we can work on our own most of the week.
I really like working my own schedule.

I never lived in a city before. It's so noisy. I miss the countryside.
But home is not that far & I will go there in a few hours to spend my weekend there.

7 things.

Sorry again for being such a bad blogger lately, but there was so much going on last week:

I met a lot of new, interesting and (so far) lovely people!

Our first project was to organize dinner for all of us was hectic, chaotic but exciting.

Friday we spent the whole day at the MMK.

And I saw Ai Wei Wei's and Serge Spitzer's installation "Ghost Gu coming down the Mountain"!

We went to the farmers market & ate our first chanterelles for this season. They were so good and finished immediately,
I couldn't even take a picture of them to show you!

I love pomegranate & figs!

I am not ready for winter yet, I hate freezing.

It was still so sunny this last week, you hardly can imagine it is autumn yet!

Even some of my paprika turned bright orange because of so much sun!

I fixed the Headline for my M.A. thesis.

Moving. And it will last one month longer.

This blog!

We celebrated my boy's birthday, so it was a week full of cake!

We made apple jam. Yummy!
