Ail des ours.





Spring is not just the time for asparagus, it is also the time of the year when you can find a lot
of wild garlic around our forest.
My father-in-law collected some for me and I decided to make a pesto with it. All you need is a
huge bowl of wild garlic leaves, italian cheese, olive oil, salt & pepper. If you can get some fresh
wild garlic, you should give it a try! Wish you all a warm & sunny day!

  2. I've never seen wild garlic before, so it's really nice to see this post. I'm not a big fan of pesto, but I have to say that it looks very well made and delicious.

  3. It looks so delicious! Pesto is real summer-food, I love it. I never ate it with wild garlic though, I wonder what it tastes like.

  5. Ich liebe es, wenn man den den frischen Bärlauch im Frühling schon in den Wäldern riechen kann und sehr gesund soll er ja auch sein! Schaut echt lecker aus dein Essen! Das Einfachste ist halt doch oft das Beste :)
