I've been a little under the weather lately, so lots of sleep for me too. As far as smoothies go, I love strawberry banana and a coconut one with banana too.
What gorgeous light and shade you've captured. I love smoothies. My favourites are banana and mango smoothies. I just blend them each with low fat milk and a bit of honey if I'm feeling indulgent. Most satisfying summer drink ever. Ronnie xo
1 orange + half a japanese cucumber + two spoonfuls of plain yoghurt + one spoon of LSA (linseed, sunflower, almond) mix + a tingey bit of agave nectar + water + some ice cubes!
I also didn't like my first avocado when I ate it as a child, but now I love it! Mix it with salt and lemon, it tastes so good on a bread! Unfortunately I am not allowed anymore to eat it :( But you could really try :)
Mostly I put all the fruit I can find in my kitchen in the blender. Sometimes with bad results but mostly with very yummy results. Banana + mango + kiwi + yoghurt + little bit of honey. That's my favorite.
Avocado is one of my favourite! I crinkled my nose at it first, too, since I never considered avocado to be something sweet, as for dessert. But what covinced me was the addition of banana. You could add a little sugar or honey for some sweetness, and some milk, too. I reckon this could improve your relastionship with the plain avocado smoothie.

no recipe. I use all fruits and some vegetables I have on my kitchen. Sometimes it's really good...or not.
