Finally some sun for my plants and once again, snailmail from dear Claudia arrived at my mailbox! She spoiled
me with a great collection of her handmade cards and some different teas, which is pretty welcome, because I am currently feasting fasting on coffee and there can't never be enough tea around!
Did you choose to feast fast on anything this feasting season fasting period (sometimes you should loke up certain
terms - sorry!)? I am really curious, because I met a lot of people who can not understand why I am doing this.

This sunday I expected to be a first-season-fleamarket-sunday with lots of stalls and treasures. But then there was rain. There was rain the whole day. So instead of vintage finds I treated myself with a new plant: a Nepenthes.
Never had one, so I am pretty curious how it will grow. Does anybody of you out there has any experience with
this plant? Tips are welcome!

Have to prepare a lot these days: home, plants, job applications. I thought, stress would vanish after my studies,
but it just changed color.

In these days, snail mail packages are always welcome: Dear Nina sent me another package, full of wonderful
things, dried spring flowers, handmade textiles and some lovely words! Thank you so much, Nina, there will be something in return soon!

I am really looking forward to next Sunday: Fleamarket season will reopen in our village for this year!
Can't wait to stroll around the wonderful treasures again!

I had a beautiful weekend with lots of sun, water, friends, baking a lot (it is flour on my hand) and a short little shopping trip to France (we live nearby, so it is actually not that special)!

Lots of freezy but sunny walks with the dog.

Have to calm my mind. I really have trouble to relax. Any suggestions?

A new job offer for my boy!!! Means we'll live together again soon!

I love fresh juice. I always mix several citrus fruit together.
Do you have a favourite juice or smoothie recipe?

Since my new studies, I am totally addicted to couscous. There's a shop selling the best couscous salad ever!
I tried to copy the recipe but didn't get it the really same way. Do you see me in the spoon?

After several tries since years (I always waited so long, that I didn't like the layout and had to start over again),
I managed to make a portfolio site. Not online yet, but in the final steps!

This week I will meet my Prof to talk about my thesis. I am not confident with it. Maybe I'll dismiss it for something
else. I am a bit afraid about that meeting. My future studies depend on this thesis.

Met a friend and shared a huge mexican starter plate! Yum!

Went to the fleamarket and found the most beautiful mittens! Can't wait till it's getting cold enough to wear them!

Started to collect things for snail mail.

Golden leaves falling. So beautiful.

Visiting family.

A lot of walks. When there is a dog waiting to for you, it is much easier to get it started.

Still found some hidden last berries in the garden. But taste was less good than in summer.

Some time ago.

There was a time I loved to bake & make pralinés. Hope to find back again.

7 things. And growing.

The last week had a couple of very hot and sticky days what made the first tomatoes started to grow!

And the first cucumbers were ready to be harvested (and fennel too)! I pickled them, because I never tried to pickle
something. I am curious how they will taste.

I slept a lot while it was raining outside.

Then it turned cold and I had to wear my winter boots again! There was a fall of temperature around 15°.

My man booked a flight to paradise. There I will eat tons of my favourite dish.

Had to thought about, what was the most exciting moment in my life. I can't tell, I really don't know.
What was your most excitingn moment?

Maybe I will try this to attract more little birds to our garden.

Finished an old drawing. I plan to make some more in this style for a series.
The last wild garlic harvest of this season. But two more glass jars full of delicious pesto in my fridge!
I love egg benedict a lot lately.
Had the biggest cheese plate ever! And no camera with me :-( .
My baby monstera got a new leave. So it started growing finally!
Finished my proposal for M.A. degree!
It seems that my 3rd try to grow an avocado plant turns out well. More hopefully next week.

Monday was horrible. I couldn't find my wallet. I looked everywhere. In the evening I found it
in my bf's backpack. I carried it with him the whole day!
I listened a lot to Chic & Frenchy Radio on iTunes.
Found this piece of wood and loved the structure worms have made. I think I work on it and
wax it, to give it a shiny look.
Wanted to finish my proposal. Didn't yet.
Decided to make my own muesli again.
Enjoyed watching the bunnies exploring the garden.
Tried to make this a part of my life.
